KSAS WRITING TELECLASS SYNOPSIS: This two-hour teleclass will provide you with a great learning experience about KSAs. You will discover how to locate the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities statements (KSA) on a federal job announcement. You will discover rules on how to submit and write KSAs based on the formula Context, Challenge, Action and Result (CCAR). Our trainer will help you to differentiate from superior, average, to minimally acceptable levels of writing to match the level of the position. In addition, you will review examples of before and after KSAs, learn to write in the first person, provide key information using percentage growth or savings amounts. Finally, you will be given an assignment to write 1 KSA explicitly and accurately. Your KSA will be critiqued and returned to you within 3 to 5 days.
